is nothing to laugh at but I must admit that I did when I saw this Guardian UK headline: “George RR Martin threatens to decapitate spoiler” after he learned that an Amazon employee in Germany (no less) inadvertently shipped out 180 copies of his door-stopping next book, A Dance With Dragons, due out July 12th. He had to see that coming but I guess he didn’t. Looks like Germany will be the last on the list to receive Martin’s next tome after the next 6 year wait. Hey, secrets are made to be broken. The only secret you can keep is the one you keep to yourself. I agree with this guy, if you want to keep a secret, don’t embargo your book. Think of it as reverse psychology or something.
