Writer Josephine Hart Dies

I’m surprised and saddened by this news. I’d read her most famous debut novel, Damaged, oh, several years ago and am not ashamed to say that I enjoyed it, too. I still remember it very well. That book got passed around plenty. I even saw the film adaptation with Jeremy Irons and Juliette Binoche. Like others, I thought it was meh and that ending still puzzles me. I did try reading her other novels but I couldn’t get into them.
